Today I was so stressed out, I broke away from work for a while and went to Advanced Fitness Solutions and had Scott (one of the trainers there) help me do a relaxation workout. I don't think it's actually called that. But, that is how it felt!

He had me do a bunch of exercises first off that sort of felt like a massage, then he helped me work out with some moving, stretching and strengthening exercises that really got my heart beat up and had me feeling like I I ran a marathon when I was done.

I don't know about you, but it's hard for ME to get motivated to do those kinds of things in a gym particularly, but I have to say. I left there feeling worlds better!

I think every work place in America should have way for their employees to have that worked in to their work day on a regular basis. I'm thinking in the long run, it would help employees be more productive!
