We are not even going to do ANY speculating on this.

What makes it unusual is that Inslee's office said his wife Trudy is going to be part of this address to the state. From his official release earlier today verbatim:

"ADVISORY: Inslee public address on COVID-19 Thursday evening

Gov. Jay Inslee and Trudi Inslee will directly address Washingtonians this evening with an update on the COVID-19 pandemic in the state."

 TVW will stream it live and via his Facebook page.

 We will see what transpires. some sources are reporting that no new restrictions are being announced today, but Inslee is considering steps and supposedly will have an announcement in the next week.
