Disturbed Parents Force Child to Get a Tattoo [VIDEO]

Many people are outraged over a video that shows a toddler being held down by his mother and forced to get a tattoo.

Its not exactly clear what the tattoo is of. But a website in the Dominican Republic claims it's a "666" tattoo and the mother is a member of a cult called "The Growing Grace." This is totally ridiculous. Excuse me while I go HURL a bit -- WARNING!

It's apparently "OK" in their culture to have this done (Dominican Republic).
