Could Tattoo Help ID Richland Theft-Fraud Suspect?
It's happened before, perps being ID'd in part because of distinctive ink.
Richland Home Depot perp makes off with expensive tools
Richland Police did not give a specific date or time of this alleged fraud, it's likely involving shoplifting, but are looking to ID this suspect, as well as another person who appears to be a female, in these images.
The venue appears to be Home Depot. However, while they are wearing masks, the suspect has a distinctive tattoo on his left arm and hand. We've done what we can with our digital capabilities to try to enlarge and enhance it.
The person in glasses is also reportedly being sought as a person of interest.
