It all happens tomorrow! The 2012 Polar Plunge for Special Olympics! Here is Bear's checklist!

Swimsuit (Speedo)

Swim cap (flowers)

Tennis shoes (no bare feet)

Wife with video camera

Warm vehicle to change in

Small brain

Check! Looks like I have it all!

We spoke with Randy Maynard from the Kennwick Police Department this afternoon and he says there are over 600 jumpers registered and you can register online until 6pm tonight. After that if you want to jump in you will have to register on site at the boat launch at the east end of Columbia Park by the blue bridge.

Team KORD is ready to go! We'll be down early with coffee and spudnuts. Water tempurature at jump time tomorrow which starts at noon is right about 36 degrees with chunks of ice floating in the boat launch area.
