Special Olympics Washington is putting on one of 2020’s coolest parties of the year: the 2020 Polar Plunge series. The event series will take place in six cities across the state and is one of Special Olympics Washington’s largest fundraisers, benefitting 18,000 athletes across Washington.

Another great day of Freezin' for a Reason is in the books as the 2014 Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics of Washington was a huge success today! Check out the fun in these photos I took and make sure to join us next year!

Every January local law enforcement agencies sponsor the Polar Plunge in Columbia Park to raise money for Special Olympics of Washington. We'll be on the boat ramp this year Jan. 18 for the jump at noon. Register now and join our team!

On Saturday over 600 crazy people got together to raise money for Special Olympics of Washington State with the annual 'Freezin For a Reason' Polar Plunge in Columbia Park.

Hey Everybody! My boss Paul Drake will once again be doing the Annual Polar Plunge! He does it every year and I'm so proud of him! He only has like 3% body fat, so I imagine it's SUPER COLD but he does it anyway! It's all to raise money for Special Olympics of Washington...

As I sat down this morning I noticed a CD on my desk dropped off by an anonymous person. I put the CD in my computer drive and started giggling... Oh, the memories!
