In the wake of recent increased pressure from the Liquor Control Board vs. Kimo's Koko's, Barley's Brew Pub and other area businesses, local citizens are planning a protest at the Liquor Control Office this next week.

In the week leading up to New Year's, LCB stepped up their pressure and (some say tactics) against a number of establishments who continued to defy the lockdowns; and stayed open serving customers indoors.

A number of citizens from several business oriented and re-open Facebook groups are planning (it appears) to protest "peacefully" at the Liquor Control Board office, located in Pasco.

The event, in which citizens are encouraged to attend, with signs, and peacefully protest, will be at 4PM January 6 at the office at 2715 St. Andrews Loop Suite B.

The messages and verbage calls for peaceful protesting, with signs.
