18 year-old Hunter J. Simpson is facing a felony harassment charge after he allegedly followed another car and shouted at the driver while waving a pistol.
He has also been slammed with an assault charge. Hunter was booked at Benton County Jail. His vehicle was impounded so the Kennewick Police could search for a pistol.
You have to wonder what set off this kind of road rage!
