Omar's Body Was Found Sunday Near an Island Across From Pasco's Wade Park

Officials say no foul play was suspected, calling his death a tragic accident. Last Wednesday, Espinoza Acosta was fishing with friends near near the Ringold boat launch when lost his footing. As he was trying to reach another spot, the Columbia River's swift, powerful current swept him away from his friends.
