Found Wallet! Help Find Papa!

This wallet was found two days ago and we are trying to help find the owner! It was found on Kennedy Road between Benton City and Richland.

Unfortunately there were no contents inside the wallet other than a few pictures of children. However it is engraved with the words "We love you Papa" and that leads us to believe someone is missing a special wallet! So please help us find Papa and get his wallet back to him!
