The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for East Central Umatilla County in Northeast Oregon. 

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES EAST OF KAMELA...OR 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF LA GRANDE...AND MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 25 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  ELGIN...SPOUT SPRINGS AND MINAM

HAIL UP TO GOLF BALL SIZE INCHES IN DIAMETER HAS BEEN REPORTED IN
SOUTHWEST UNION COUNTY WITH THIS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF
THE STORM...TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
THIS STORM ALSO HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...AND
MAY BE PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING IN SOME AREAS.
