According to an article from MSN Money, there are some crucial factors to making it on the the Top 12 Happiest workplaces. I think we would all agree the most important element is good communications between higher ups and the folks doing the work in the trenches, the bread and butter of any good company. Experts agree, if you treat your employees like cattle, you get milk. Treat them with a little respect, as if they may know what they are talking about, and production goes through the roof, and they look forward to coming to work. Don't go through life in a miserable job you hate, keep looking until you find your dream job , who knows, it might be something you you never expected you would be doing for a living.
