It's hard to stay active during the cold winter months! But, I have found, if you just STICK to your normal routine but dress for the cold, it is so worth it! Staying in shape is WAY easier than trying to 'Get into Shape!'

I slacked off a bit during the holidays, but I'm trying to run and workout as normal even when the weather makes it difficult. And I should mention...I was only a little cold about the first mile. I went over 4 and was toasty warm almost the whole time!

Yesterday I did cardio at the gym, and my dog didn't get to go...So I HAD to take her today!

Good winter clothing-Smart Wool, and layers of quick dry material really help! Happy Trails! :)
