I was born in on Vashon Island as an Aries and spent my youth watching the Mariners and being called “Boomer.” I’ve been on the radio nearly my whole life, but I did take some time off to marry my wife Heidi and have two sons Anthony and Sean. I do hot yoga as often as possible and chase squirrels around my yard. I’m famous for my hot paints and for catching as many concerts as possible. My first concert was Blue Oyster Cult in 1980 at Summer Jam. I live in Pasco and love watching Saving Private Ryan and Austin Power movies over and over. I can’t get enough of “Deadliest Catch” and “MythBusters.” I love Mexican food!

1) Schedule your fitness times for the week and stick to it. I’m too busy in the morning so I schedule my hour at the gym between 5pm and 7pm. This gives me time to see and eat dinner with my family and still have a life in the evening. Do what works best for you, if you’re a morning person, go for it! Just make sure you schedule the time and STICK TO IT.
