The ‘Gourmet Grub Bus’ May Become Your Fave New Food Truck!

We love our food trucks in the Tri-Cities, but owners Andrew and Zach will have no problem in the food truck market out here. Their new truck, The Gourmet Grub Bus is bringing high-qulity gourmet-style food to the area, out of a truck. I got to talk to owner, Andrew about their style and inspiration. Andrew, a chef from Florida, says that he's trying to keep it fresh, new, and different. The menu will change (with a burger as the one staple for now), and they strive to keep the food from local farmers, ranchers, and bakers.

It was hard to decide what to get, but I wanted to try something a little different, so I grabbed the Shrimp Po Boy. It. Was. Delicious! on a hoodie cool with I think arugula, and a spicy sriracha sauce it was AMAZING!
