A Goat Strolls Through Yokes Fresh Market & Steals the Show

Lost Goat Strolls Through Yokes Fresh Market in West Richland
According to a couple of posts on Richland Residents on Facebook, employees at Yoke's Fresh Market on Bombing Range Road in West Richland were able to get a leash on the friendly goat. Apparently, the curious goat made his way to the floral department for a gander at the display of fresh flowers.

From Then on It Was a Quest to Find the Goat's Owner
It didn't take long before the goat's owner showed up to claim the daring escape artist. None-the-less, Yoke's customers young and old were delighted to share the store with the new grocery shopper.

Richland and West Richland residents on Facebook commented, "Photos or it didn't happen," to which, West Richland resident Courtney Mattila replied..."FUN WAS HAD..." She had the proof! Just look at those smiles.
The inquisitive goat named Buckwheat made friends at the store, and was transported to a neighboring resident with goats until his owner, Sarah Hermann could get him.

Everyone now is speculating when and where the next great escape will take place. In all seriousness, I'm so happy Buckwheat was reunited with his owner. Sarah said he loves getting attention at Yoke's.
This made my day!
