You never know what you're going to find when you are scrolling on social media and this video jumped out at me. It's a Pasco Police video of a man completely losing it when he's asked for his license and registration.

The video published on the YouTube channel of Real World Police shows a man being stopped for not having his dog secure in the back of the vehicle.

Pasco Police approach the man who seems to have a multitude of reasons why he won't hand over his license and registration and starts arguing with the officer.

At first, I thought the video might be from Pasco County Florida until the officer refers to Road 68 and Sandifur and then I knew it was one of our Pasco's finest.

The officer spends a few minutes trying to get the information he needs from the driver and the drive harrases the officer until the officer decides to cite him for the failure to give him a registration.

The last part of the video shows a traffic stop near 20th Ave and CBC with the driver being pulled over for a similar offense and shows the difference between the two drivers.

The YouTube channel Real World Police also breaks down the offenses of the driver showing that his refusal to cooperate resulted in several citations rather than a friendly reminder and a warning.

These videos are a stern reminder that Washington law requires your animals to be safe and secure in the back of a moving vehicle.
