We've been unable to enjoy a movie at a theater for the last few weeks but don't fret, it's the return of the drive-in theater. We grew up in the 70's and '80s and a drive-in theater was a part of the Saturday night ritual.

Eastern Oregon is getting ready to reopen the Milton Freewater Drive-In Theater. Mike Spiess, the owner has got final approval from the Health Department to open.

The theater is celebrating starting April 10th with snack take-out and then the theater will officially reopen on April 17th.

The Milton-Freewater Drive-In Theater is kicking off the reopening with a double-feature featuring "Onward" and "Call Of The Wild".

GA tickets cost $7.00 and Kids under 11 will be admitted for $2.00

It's pretty exciting news to see the return of the drive-in theater. We just need one in Tri-Cities now.

You can check out more details on the reopening here.
