A massive fast-moving fire destroyed a West Richland home Sunday morning, sending a plume of smoke that for a short time was visible in Kennewick.

Fire crews were sent to the structure near the intersection of Bombing Range Road and Everett Street. The address was said to be 4516 Everett.

Fire crews were sent out shortly after 11am. Officials say two of the three people who live there were home but got out OK, as did three dogs. Two of them have been located. A car in the garage was destroyed. A nearby RV was saved but suffered extensive damage.

Police and fire crews say the initial plume of smoke was reported being seen in Kennewick. No one was injured in the fire.
