To better serve the public, the Covid-19 Hotline is staffed from 6 am till 10 pm on Monday, and from 6 am till 6 pm Tuesday through Sunday, and observed holidays.
Specialists can answer questions on a variety of Covid-19 topics, testing, symptoms, exposure to the virus, and recommended quarantine and isolation periods
In addition, hotline specialists may be able to schedule vaccination appointments for those eligible who do NOT have internet access, or for those needing assistance using Phase Finder and needing help with online scheduling tools.
According to the Southeast Washington Interagency Incident Management Team, the mass vaccination site at the Benton-Franklin Fairgrounds has received more vaccine and they're catching up on last week's canceled appointments.
The busy week has begun! We are catching up with last week's cancellations and continuing with this week's appointments. One important note as mentioned yesterday: If you are coming in for your second Moderna shot that you received here at the site, those appointments will be for Friday and Saturday - we will not have any Moderna shots until Friday. Again, those 2nd Moderna shots are just for those who received their 1st shot here.
You can schedule your own vaccination appointment online or through your medical provider.
However, if you have questions or need assistance, call the Covid-19 Information Hotline at 1-800-525-0127...then, press #.
We are your vaccination information station. Find your phase and vaccine location on our app.
