Dave Ettl is a North Dakota transplant (don’t tell him about how “cold” you are!). His broadcasting career started as a Radio/TV Information Specialist in the United States Army at Fort Lewis Washington. He fell in love with the state and knew he would be back. After the military, Dave returned to North Dakota and worked in Radio & TV while earning degrees in Broadcasting and Psychology. Media jobs took him to Virginia Tech as an information specialist, Northern California as a TV news director and anchorman (yup, even had the Ron Burgundy mustache), and ultimately to Yakima, WA where he spent 20 years in TV news and another 20 on-air as a News/Talk radio host. Dave has four kids, three dogs, two cats, and one amazing wife. He enjoys performing magic, watching movies, following politics, and friendly debates.
