I read in " Lifestyle News and Views" (from Sheethappensprep)  that a study was published in the British Medical Journal that says:

People who work more than 48 hours a week are more likely to consume "risky" quantities of alcohol than those who don't.Wowza! No wonder I don't drink much! Anyone working more than 48 hours a week...should really stop that! LOL :) Must be why I don't feel the need to drink much if ever!

It also says people who work 49-54 hours a week have a 13% higher risk of developing  "risky" alcohol use' habit compared to those who work 35-40 hours a week. And those who work 55 hours or more are 12% more at risk.

Also Binge drinking KILLS 88,000 people a year!

Risky alcohol use is defined as much more than 14 drinks a week for women and more than 21 drinks a week for men!

Interesting huh? I thought so! So wanted to share! Now quit working so hard, and go have some fun!
