Cook Like A Chef “Hollandaise Sauce”
- (4) Egg Yokes
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz White wine
- Dash Tobassco
- Dash Worcestershire
- Pinch Shallot
- Pinch Garlic
All in Blender, blend 30 seconds then slowly add 2 cups of butter heated to 140-160 degrees….blench til creamy…Voila!!
