Cook Like A Chef "Hollandaise Sauce"

  • (4) Egg Yokes
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz White wine
  • Dash Tobassco
  • Dash Worcestershire
  • Pinch Shallot
  • Pinch Garlic

All in Blender, blend 30 seconds then slowly add 2 cups of butter heated to 140-160 degrees....blench til creamy...Voila!!
