Tri-Cities “Joker Lady” Eludes, Crashes Car, Grinds Rim to Hub, & Gets Away
This crazy looking woman caused chaos in Pasco just like the infamous character "The Joker" she kind of resembles, and then got away.
This crazy story starts early Tuesday morning when a Pasco police officer tried to stop her in a white Ford Taurus. She refused and led the officer on a chase that went down Court Street, around the Auto-plex, and into a strip mall parking lot according to the Pasco Pd Facebook page. The woman hit curbs and crashed into things during the pursuit and had 3 flat tires and one missing tire by the end.
The woman, identified as Sarah Ann Miller (DOB 03-30-92), kept driving and grinded the wheel missing a tire all the way down to the hub. She then bailed out of the car and ran into a neighborhood around the corner of Agate and Road 32 where the officer lost her. Residents in the area reported later the woman was wandering around asking for rides.
Sarah Miller is 5-11, 165 pounds, with short dark hair colored bright red or pink. If you have any information about where she is, contact the Pasco police with case PP17-45186 Eluding.
