SIX WEEKS after being let off easy for dealing drugs, "Wicked Kitty Tattoo" owner Jason Lybrand is back in jail for violating felony probation. He was let go previously after a new law passed eased up on punishment for drug violations. He had been dealing meth and signed a plea deal. While he was in jail, he had asked his mother to buy more pot to sell.

He had been selling drugs from his tattoo parlor in Pendleton. He now will serve 15 days for violating probation.

It's also interesting to note than Lybrand and his wife saved a man from a burning car in 2015.
