When researching safe tanning tips almost every article headline had a disclaimer. For example; “The safest way to tan … (if you must)” and “How to get a (Relatively) Safe Tan”.
I have concluded that the safest thing to do is NOT tan. But it is definitely a personal choice. Each individual has to weigh the risks and benefits.
For those that still want a glow without the risk I will pass on one tip – sunless tanning is the safest way to go! But you decide!
