Don’t Be Fooled by the Hollywood Look — Ryan Gosling Is a Cowboy!

Ryan Gosling is in the news for protesting the inhumane treatment of farm animals in his native Canada. Another celebrity telling farmers how to do their job, right? Wrong. Gosling knows his stuff.
He's not protesting the breeding of pigs, he's protesting the use of "gestation crates" that hold pigs so tightly they can't even turn around. Last April he teamed up with PETA to protest the de-horning of calves. He wasn't opposed to dairy farms or the consumption of beef, just de-horning.
