One can only assume that the driver was impaired and that's why they fled the scene after hitting a gas pump at the Chevron station on Bombing Range. I mean hey, everybody has an "oops" once in a while, but if you're not afraid of getting arrested, then you get out of your car and notify the convenience store clerk and call the police so you can have a report to turn into insurance, right? Right.
