Was a Murder Victim Dumped Between Wapato and Toppenish?

Hunting elk in under the Big Sky when I was growing up in Montana, sometimes we would find a badger skull or something cool like that. It was cool for a kid, anyway. But hunters between Wapato and Toppenish found something much more gruesome. That's right, human remains. Now, maybe I watch too many real-crime shows, but this surely must be a murder victim, right?
