Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers which has been available to the community for over 30 years is no longer...
The tip line which offered up $1000 rewards for tips that captured wanted criminals has stopped taking tips as of January 31st. It's long time coordinator Mike Blatman passed away last week was planning to retire in February and the program would have come to an end at that time.

Crime Stoppers was pivotal in helping to arrest some 5,864 wanted individuals over the last 30 years. Last year the non-profit helped put 45 individuals behinds bars.

Crime Stoppers paid out over $86,000 in rewards over the years.
