The Best Ways to Beat the Smoky Air
Do you have burning eyes and runny nose? Throat irritation? According to the Washington State Dept. of Health, here are some tips to make you feel a little more comfortable when wildfire smoke rolls in:
**Don't over-do it outdoors.
**Keep windows and doors closed.
**Buy a more expensive HEPA filter for your A/C unit. HEPA means High Efficiency Particulate Air. I usually buy the cheaper ones, but a few dollars more will be worth the comfort.
**Don't add to indoor air pollution...no candles, etc.
