Being the nosey heffa that I am, I did some digging around in the law books to find out.

It's hunting season and officials are warning hunters that if you are hunting illegally, you'll be facing stiff fines that include having your vehicle towed and "kill" confiscated.

Some folks apparently not happy with what they think is high price of weed?

Straight from the Benton County Sheriff, it's illegal for a dog or animal to be riding in the back bed (regular, flat, or otherwise) of a vehicle or truck unless it has a suitable cage, enclosure or harness. Sheriff's deputies say they're seeing an increase in the number of animals (especially dogs) running around unsecured in pickup beds...

Four unnamed suspects, all under 21-years of age, were busted at Vista Park in Kennewick Wednesday. Benton County Sheriff's were alerted by a suspicious vehicle call from a nearby citizen, and came by to investigate. Vista is a rather tiny park on Umatilla Street in Kennewick, closely surrounded by homes, so an 'out of place' vehicle is going to get noticed quickly...

The new law will take effect December 8th in one province that help hopefully detour drivers from illegally passing stopped school buses.

They're wanted for "wildlife violations" and we're guessing that means possible poaching or illegal hunting, but authorities didn't  specify. But they are looking for these two men.
