Stephen Wilson Jr. is a singer-songwriter from Seymour, Indiana, and is known for blending country, rock, and grunge into what he calls “Death Cab for Country.” He’s a former boxer, scientist, and indie-band guitarist - Stephen Wilson Jr’s style is unique for sure.

He’s also an accomplished songwriter - writing songs for artists like Brothers Osborne, Tim McGraw, and Old Dominion before launching his solo career. His 2023 double album søn of dad earned widespread praise and was named among the year’s best by several outlets. Standout tracks include Father’s Son,” a tribute to his late father; “Year to Be Young 1994,” and “The Devil,” showcasing his darker writing style.
