Sex Ed Measure Failing in Walla Walla but Still Counting Votes
This is not like...."hey they just found 138,000 votes for Biden in the corner over here..."
But they are still counting votes in Walla Walla county. Referendum 90, which would make sex education mandatory for all students state wide starting in kindergarten, was passing there, but about 5,000 more votes were counted and no it's failing. There are still more votes to be counted when they resume tomorrow according to reports. It doesn't really matter, as the referendum has already passed state wide, but it is interesting to see what people like and don't like when all the votes are counted. If you'd like to read more about what this means for your kids, and what children in kindergarten will be taught versus older kids, you can read the full story from the Union Bulletin below.
