But they are still counting votes in Walla Walla county. Referendum 90, which would make sex education mandatory for all students state wide starting in kindergarten, was passing there, but about 5,000 more votes were counted and no it's failing. There are still more votes to be counted when they resume tomorrow according to reports. It doesn't really matter, as the referendum has already passed state wide, but it is interesting to see what people like and don't like when all the votes are counted.
