Pasco Thieves Steal Subaru With Keys in It. Then Crash It Into Fire Hydrant!

Why do people leave their keys in unlocked cars? Forgetful? Lazy? I don't know but it usually ends up as a stolen vehicle. Then they crashed into a fire hyrdant. Help find the bad guys...here's the story from the Pasco Police Facebook page:
