Pasco Mail Thief Shops in Kennewick, Who is She?
This one is going back a few days. And it originates in Pasco.
We go back to January 30th, where a Pasco resident reported a theft out of their mailbox.
According to reports, and video footage, the suspect was seen shopping in Kennewick at Walmart. And, the footage shows the suspect was in a silver Pontiac Grand Prix.
