This is the first of many posts that will feature place's I like to go and eat a cheese burger. If you didn't make my list, don't panic, I'm not a food critic and it just may mean I haven't been to tour place to eat yet. My first stop is a short drive to Prosser, and a real tavern called, Burns Tavern.{click here} The minute you walk into this old building you can feel the history, and the sense that you are truly in a Tavern. The walls are filled with old and new posters and vintage pictures that take you back a few years. What brings me back to Burns time and again is the cheeseburger. The staff grabs a hunk of fresh ground beef and slaps it flat, and throws it on the grill. You get a tupperware bowl full of condiments and a side of fries. When it hits your table you swig an ice cold beer and you are in cheeseburger heaven. Makes me Hungary just thinking about it. Friendly staff, great service, and you might even spot Elvis, if he did fake his death, this is where he'd come to eat a cheeseburger, with bananas of course.
