Mid Columbia Town Complains of ‘Rotting Flesh’ Smell, Factory Says Sorry

Only immature people say, "ewww I smell cow poo." The rest of us say "ahhhhh, smells like money"! That's also what people who work in potato dehydration plants say. But their NEIGHBORS were in for an awful surprise when a filter broke!

People in Stanfield, Oregon (near Hermiston) said they smelled something like rotting flesh that made them want to throw up.

The potato dehydration plant said, "Whoops, that's us! A fumes filter must be broken. We'll fix it!"

Who knew? Potato chips smell good. Instant mashed potatoes smell good. Everything potatoes smells good! But apparently not "dehydration." Crazy!
