Killer of Girlfriend and Her Child Was in Country Illegally

A 25-year-old Connell man shot his 18-year-old girlfriend and her three-year-old son July 2 then burned their bodies in a car in remote Franklin County. We've now learned he was in the country illegally.The felon in San Francisco who shot an innocent woman on a pier made national news was wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The Connell man, Prudencio Juan Fragos-Ramirez, was deported last year but made his way back into the country illegally.
