Kids Playing With Fire Burn Kennewick Building

Witnesses said they saw children start the blaze.

Based on the photos (see below) it looks like the damage was done to a parking garage or storage shed. While that doesn't make it OK, it does suggest no one's home was at risk. It is scary, however, that these kids weren't aware of how dangerous fire can be.
