Kennewick Prowler Opens Car Door but Driver Still Inside

Man, don't ya hate it when you're prowling cars, minding your own business, and the owner forgot to exit his vehicle?

That's what happened to a Kennewick prowler this weekend. The weird thing was he was in the McDonald's parking lot and was even trying to enter cars in the drive-thru. Not the sneakiest of prowlers, that's for sure. Was he on drugs or maybe had some mental issues? Probably one or both.
