Kennewick ATM Camera Catches Suspected Car Prowler

Cameras, cameras, cameras. Everywhere a camera!

They're on our door Bells and mounted above our garages. They're on busy streets and ATMs. And while the bad guys still think that wearing a mask will save them, social media has other plans. Somebody somewhere will recognize those eyes or that clothing. The person pictured below is suspected of a car prowl that netted them a shiny debit card. Naturally, they took the debit card right to a bank and withdrew some money that doesn't belong to them. In fact, they did it at a couple of different ATM locations. Vermin like this needs to be stopped. Let's make their next appearance in front of a camera be during booking!
