Are These the Best Fries in Spokane?
Fries. We Americans love them.
So much so, that we've figured out how to make even the traditional French fry a variety category. Below are some of our favorite fancy fries in Spokane.
Lost Boys Garage Bar & Grill
Technically, Poutine probably deserves its own article, but we had to give a nod to this Canuck creation, which Lost Boys Garage describes as "a hearty French-Canadian classic of crispy shoestring fries or tater tots, brown gravy, & cheese curds."
Pint House Burgers & Brews
The Sweet Potato Fries at Pints, Burgers & Brews are delicious on their own, but even better when dipped in your favorite sauce: Ranch, Fry, BBQ, tartar, blue cheese or honey mustard.
You don't even have to get them on the side, they'll sell you an entire pound of fries by themselves.
Steelhead Bar & Grill
Quite possibly the most creative offering on this list are the Bleu Cheese Fries at Steelhead Bar & Grill. They may be shoestring fries, but they're topped with bleu cheese fondue, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon, and scallions. Mmmm.
The Swinging Doors
The best Garlic Fries this side of T-Mobile Park are at The Swinging Doors. Seriously, does anyone in Spokane make them bigger, pile them higher, and drench them in more garlic?
Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar
Twigs Signature Fries are crispy, with "Twigs seasoning" and basil. But for the full effect, get the gorgonzola fondue, which is to die for.
