How to Join Richland’s Digital Neighborhood Watch

Have you heard of C.A.P.? That stands for Community And Police and it's a very cool online neighborhood watch program. When you join, you'll be in touch with your neighbors on a Facebook page created by the Richland Police Department. There are several groups, so the one you join will include people near you. When you post an issue, you'll not only be in touch with RPD, but also your neighbors. It's a great way to enhance crime prevention, but this is being used quite a bit for non-emergency events also, like a lost pet or a package that was delivered to the wrong house.
