Recently a Uber regional Manager from San Francisco visited Tri-Cities and was the Key note speaker at the Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce's annual luncheon, where according to a story in the Tri-City Herald says he remains optimistic Pasco will follow suit like Kennewick and Richland and allow UBER to operate in its city limits.
