Hawk is Trapped in Barbed Wire

Something catches my eye as I exit the house today and I realize there is a beautiful hawk that is being bullied by a group of random birds, RUDE!

All different species of birds were attacking a hawk and the hawk just seems to be taking the abuse. The hawk was perched upon a piece of unused fence that was leaning against our fence, along our property. From what I could see the smaller birds were just being mean, flying in and pecking the hawk with their beaks. I assumed the hawk was actually just taunting them and waiting for the perfect time to strike back, but that wasn't the case, I hadn't realize the hawk was slightly stuck and if he spread his wings they would tangle even more within the barbed fence he was lining, As I crept closer, I could see the fear in his eyes. As I walked up on him I thought for certain I would have to figure a way to loosen or take down the barbed fence. He was spooked and a spooked bird will suddenly solve a two hour predicament in seconds. Watch the video below as I get close to help....
