Escaped DUI Suspect Returns with Relatives to Surrender

So many times you hear of DUI repeat offenders. They just don't learn from their mistakes. But I have hope for this one. I was happy to see what he said to the police after he gave himself up.

He said this was the scariest thing he's ever experienced in his life and he's lucky to be alive. After bashing into a couple of parked vehicles, I would think so.
