The restaurant will open soon, but to give foodies a taste, they'll be doing a pop-up double feature with Red Mountain Kitchen in Downtown Kennewick.

In a recent text exchange with owner Christopher Nokes, I told him "I want to drown my face in the Good Ole Fashioned Mess Burger."
