Can You Guess What Kind of Bug This Is? [VIDEO]

I dug this up on accident when I was fixing my sprinklers. Do you have any idea what it is? It's pretty ICKY!  "Grub Worm" comes to mind when I see it, but I don't know that I actually KNOW what a grub worm is or if I've ever seen one! Take your best guess!
