Become a Flagger and Make Up to $30 Per Hour

If you are the hunt for a new job or starting from scratch, why not become a flagger?

Yakima Valley College is offering a class to become a certified construction site flagger so if you are looking for a job or career, this might be for you.

Flaggers can make about $15 an hour entry level to $30 an hour and you can also get benefits.

The class will teach people about the jobs of a flagger, roles and responsibilities and safety practices.

The tuition fee of $45 includes a flagger handbook, classroom instruction and the opportunity to take the Washington state certification exam.

The next class will be March 23 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
